I’ve been the voice of usability for over 8 years, mostly within the e-commerce and retail industries. I enjoy leading meaningful end-to-end design projects while not losing the person in the equation.

While working closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, I bring along a combination of new viewpoints, an eye for detail, and constructive feedback, all while keeping the team spirit up with positivity and kindness.
